I should have guessed that this link wouldn't work when I fixed the link to the Mortlock article on the financial system yesterday. I've updated the link to the Reserve Bank website and also put in a link to a PDF version. You should be able to read the speech now. Thanks for that Hemi.

I understand english well enough but reading the speech is tough going. It's like a foreign language. I need to stop at evry paragraph and look up words or phrases that Bollard et al assume the audience understands. It's so frustrating - I'm done for today.
